Hi, I'm Kate, the founder of The Vale Sisters Circle and Shooting Stars, two heartfelt initiatives close to my heart. Let me share their story with you.

 

What started as a small idea, just after COVID, has grown into something truly incredible. Over the years, our Vale Sisters Circle Facebook group has connected well over 600 empowering women, many of whom have joined the circles I personally hold. I feel incredibly fortunate to host workshops, circles, and healing sessions in my beautiful garden yurt, affectionately called 'The Gurt Yurt.' It's a vibrant community where women come together in a safe, nurturing space, and I'm honoured to hold this space for such extraordinary women.

 

Our community welcomes all women aged 18 and over, offering meditation, supportive conversations, and meaningful connections. A circle provides a sanctuary for women to share their wisdom and experiences and to find quiet reflection, free from judgment. It’s a timeless tradition of empowerment, helping women feel seen, heard, and supported in ways that can be hard to find elsewhere.

 

Beyond women's circles, I’m a certified EFT practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. I'm also proud to be a seamstress, under the name of Shooting Stars. I create beautiful children's clothing, as well as memory bears and other items. I will be expanding my craft beyond sewn items into a wider range of handmade offerings, so please watch this space.
