Hi, I'm Kate, the founder of The Vale Sisters Circle, established in 2022 & more recently Shooting Stars, where my handmade clothing and other items are available to purchase.

What began as a small idea has blossomed into something truly remarkable. Our Vale Sisters Circle Facebook group now consists of nearly 600 empowering women, and over 100 have participated in the 50+ circles I've hosted. I am fortunate to host various workshops, circles, and healing sessions in a yurt in my garden, which was made possible by community fundraising efforts. It's an extraordinary community, and I'm honored to create a safe and supportive space for these amazing women.

 

Our community is inclusive and open to all women aged 18 and above, featuring meditation, supportive discussions, and opportunities to connect. A circle is a safe space for women to come together, share their wisdom and experiences, and find rest and reflection without fear of judgment. This inclusive environment encourages discussions on intention-setting, releasing, and empowerment. Women will have the chance to be heard, supported, and seen in a non-judgmental setting—something that has been a meaningful tradition for centuries but has sadly been lost over time, leaving many women feeling unseen, unheard and alone.

 

In addition to my work with women's circles, I am a certified EFT practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher and offer these services to both men and women. Alongside these qualifications, I'm also a TROPIC ambassador and a seamstress who primarily creates clothing for children, but I am slowly broadening out and expanding my range of sewn items, just watch this space.
