I'm excited to invite you to The Gurt Yurt on Tuesday, 4th November from 7-9pm at a cost of £5 for an evening of relaxation and connection!  Please bring your favourite mug to sip on one of the many delicious teas available, and a yoga mat for a calming meditation session to wrap up the evening. It’s the perfect way to ensure you drift into a restful sleep later on.  I can't wait to share this special time with you! ✨ ​ All women aged 18+ welcome. Booking is essential due to limited space for just 8 ladies.
